1. Application Field
Lithium iron phosphate battery is a kind of tower base station communication energy storage battery. A new energy storage battery, which is customized according to the demand of the tower base station, is equipped with BMS distribution management system and GPS positioning system security. The battery is not only limited to the base station communication battery, but also includes the automobile powder battery and the mobile charging battery. Through the APP development, BMS and GPS systems are installed inside the battery to realize the management, viewing and application of the mobile terminal. As long as there is cell phone signal, there must be a battery available and a variety of battery specifications.
2.1 The battery is made of lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4), which has good safety performance, long cycle life and high capacity density.
2.2 The battery system adopts the high-performance BMS battery management module. BMS has the protection functions such as over-discharge, over-charge, over-current, short circuit, temperature and so on, and makes the battery system communicate well with the host.
2.3 To automatically manage charge and discharge, without changing the base station configuration.
2.4 The second powder-off function, the battery voltage is lower than the alarm value, which has alarm information. When the voltage is too low, that will automatically lower the power and will protect the battery.
2.5 The system has good electromagnetic compatibility.
2.6 Intelligent design, equipped with centralized monitoring module, has three remote functions (telemetry, remote and remote control) to realize computer unmanned management. It can communicate with the remote central monitoring center, and meet the high requirements of the development of modern communication technology.
2.7 The power control technology and computer are combined, which can monitor and control various parameters and state in real time.
2.8 Flexible configuration: Multiple modules in parallel can extend the backup time of the system, and improve output power and expand capacity.
2.9 The system can configure the heating management function according to the actual needs of the customer. It adopts the temperature sensing to heat the chassis through the special equipment in the case. It can overcome the weakness of the poor resistance of the low temperature of lithium iron phosphate battery, and can be used normally at 20℃~+75℃.
3.1 Light weight: about 50% of lead-acid battery, high energy density.
3.2 Small footprint: according to different installation methods, it is generally 30-50% of the lead-acid battery, with high volume energy density.
3.3 High cycle life: the single cycle life can reach 2000 times, and the battery cycle life is not less than 1500 times.
3.4 Wide working temperature range: the performance is stable in the environment temperature range of -20-60℃.
3.5 Charge quickly: It can support 1-2 hours of rapid filling.
3.6 High rate discharge capacity loss: to discharge from 0.1C current to 1C current (C is the rated capacity of the battery), which can release more than 95% of the rated capacity.
3.7 High cell voltage and stable discharge platform: 3.2V, less series, high reliability of the battery, and it has high rate charging and discharging characteristics, and it is suitable for high current and high power of the charging and discharging application.
3.8 Less self-discharge, no memory effect: the monthly discharge rate is <3%, with charge and discharge.
3.9 Safety and environmental protection: the structure is more stable, and it is not easy to release oxygen. Lithium iron phosphate battery doesnt contain any heavy metals (except lithium) or rare metals, non-toxic, non-polluting, environment friendly.
3.10 Remote monitoring: the built-in BMS communication interface can be connected to the monitoring system.
