1. Application Field

Lithium Iron Phosphate is a new type of lithium ion battery electrode material, that is, lithium iron phosphate cathode material, which is mainly used in power battery, (HEV, EV, electric tools). It is a high-tech product field developed and supported by the country.

2. Technology

Lithium iron phosphate precursor is synthesized in one step using organic iron catalysis. In the process of production, no sulphate and ammonia are introduced. Because of this, the product process completely accords with the environmental protection requirement, and there are no large amounts of water washing and sulfate and ammonium sale emissions. The company adopts advanced DCS automatic control and precision batching system, and the products are processed in batches during the slurry, and the packing of finished products is strictly corresponding to the batch. Therefore, the product quality is uniform and stable. The metal and non-metal impurities of the product are extremely low, and to control strictly the production site according to ISO/TS16949 the highest standards of the automotive industry, to ensure product quality stability, superior performance, and to reach the international first-class level, and to stand the product testing system according to the requirements of ISO/IEC17025 laboratory certification.

3. Technical Advantages

3.1 High energy density

Its theoretical specific capacity is 170 mAh/g, and the actual capacity of the product can exceed 140 mAh/g.

3.2 Safety

It is the most safe cathode material for lithium ion battery, and does not contain any harmful heavy metals elements.

3.3 Long life

Under 100% DOD conditions, it can charge and discharge more than 2000 times.

3.4 Charging performance

The lithium iron phosphate cathode materials can be charged with a large multiplier, and the battery can be fully charged within 1 hour.
